Our priority is to provide the highest quality care and service at each and every appointment. At your first appointment, your physical therapist will take you to a private examination room to ask you a series of questions and get a better understanding of your chief complaint. This conversation will help your PT better understand your issues and establish your plan of care. In addition, your PT may ask you to complete a series of movements in order to assess your range of motion, injury, pain, or other as it pertains to your treatment plan. Your PT may also provide preliminary therapy, which often consists of hands-on muscular manipulation. At the end of your evaluation, they may also communicate how many times per week you should come in for physical therapy, and how many weeks they estimate it will take for your issue to improve.

Every diagnosis is different, however a common trend following treatment is mild muscle soreness lasting 12-24 hours, followed by relief of symptoms. Muscle soreness can be caused by soft tissue manipulation, postural re-education, and/or exercise. In every scenario, our team is invested in your longterm health and will closely monitor your experience throughout your time with Stay Ready PT to ensure optimal results.
