Update regarding Cigna Health Insurance


As of April 1, 2025, we will no longer be accepting Cigna health insurance for new patients. However, if you are currently receiving out-of-network treatment with us under Cigna, you may continue using your insurance through May 1 to complete your care plan without interruption.

This decision was not made lightly. Due to ongoing difficulties with reimbursements and changes in the relationship between providers and Cigna, we can no longer continue our partnership work with this insurer in a sustainable way. Our priority has always been to provide the highest level of care to our patients, and these challenges have made it increasingly difficult to do so under Cigna’s policies.

This said, our continued goal is to reach as many people as possible with quality healthcare services, and we want to ensure we can still support those in Cigna’s care. With this, Stay Ready is offering to provide super bills to Cigna subscribers to independently seek reimbursement. 

We completely understand that this may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.
